Our friend Steve Hermann is a brilliant designer and renovator of masterpiece homes who owns and develops properties in Beverly Hills, Montecito and Palm Springs. Hermann’s homes become passion projects from the architecture and design down to the furnishings, cutting edge technology and accessories. His recent masterpiece, six years in the making, is the modernist Glass Pavilion.
