This beautiful Santa Ynez Valley contemporary was designed by Ferguson-Ettinger Architects and constructed by Allen Associates. The project was a remodel which called for a 4,000 Sq Ft expansion of the original residence. The following is a brief description of the project by Allen Associates:
High beam ceilings and an open floor plan create a feeling of openness and take advantage of the spectacular views from the site. Stainless steel counter tops, European style cabinets and plenty of natural lighting give this compact, efficient kitchen an open, bright feeling. Brazilian walnut floors throughout the home were left-over product from a larger construction project
