Old windows and doors were replaced with more durable and energy efficient ones. New plumbing, heating and electrical systems were installed. New French oak floors grace the entry, living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, and hallways. Exterior walls received new insulation and a smooth coat stucco finish. The modernized kitchen has now become the perfect place for entertaining.
