This beautiful Montecito contemporary was designed by longtime local architect Howard Wittausch AIA. Wittausch established his architectural practice in Santa Barbara in 1978 with the goal of assisting his cients realize their dreams by creating projects that are personally satisfying and visually pleasing. According to his website, Howard is licensed as both an architect and civil engineer, thus, clients wishing to maximize potential of their property value his insight into the relationships between land and building. This home is a perfect illustration of this unique relationship.
