AB Design Studio did a wonderful job in the development of this very rare contemporary cottage situated just west of downtown Santa Barbara. The  single family residence features a fresh, inspired design with plenty of natural light for viewing art. Meshing modernism with sustainability, the design team used recycled materials and passive design to ensure that their gorgeous renovation maintains its gentle footprint.
